Just A Chill Ride - 50k is our signature - FREE - annual gravel event held the first Saturday of October.
This year's ride is Saturday, October 5, 2024 and marks our 6th year!
Lucky No. 7 will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025.
It's a FREE RIDE! So take it easy. Event includes THE TRADITIONAL CHILI & CINN ROLLS. We just ask you sign up via BikeReg so we prepare food. Register here: 2024 JACR

FRIDAY NIGHT CAMPING AVAILABLE - Book via BikeReg or go to www.visitblock31.com.
Pink Gravel Campsites are located on Block 31 west of the TEC. These are level, pull through sites with water and 20/30/50 amp. Washout & Dump Station on property. Plenty of green space for tent camping, car camping or bikepacking.
The Event Center will be open Friday evening through Saturday afternoon for access to bathrooms, showers, or sleeping if weather is too cold or rainy - bring ear plugs, a cot, or air mattress if you want to sleep inside.
Arrive on Friday anytime after 5pm. Food and drinks available inside The Event Center Friday evening & Saturday.
Saturday, October 5th:
8:30 am to 9:15 am to unload, check in & sign a participant waiver if one was not signed at registration.
9:30 am - Riders line up for a picture, a few words said and roll out. HELMETS REQUIRED!
The route is gravel/dirt and consists of one checkpoint roughly midway.
If it just isn't your day, there are built in options to shave a few miles or take pavement back to town.
The route will be posted to the website the Thursday before the event. An email will go out with details, route link and etc once registration is closed. Routes are all created via Ride With GPS.
We do ask all folks to wear a helmet and ENJOY the ride. The focus is on having fun with others on bikes. Take pictures! Don't just ride by and think you should stop, "Do It!"
Meal will be ready by 11:30 am by Pink Gravel volunteers.

- Tip jar will be out if you want to toss a little $$ to offset food costs. Not expected or required what so ever.
